AGE RESTRICTION & CHILDREN’S PRIVACY (NOT INTENDED FOR MINORS) Strict Age Requirement Our Services (including the Garage X and Garage X Provider mobile applications) are strictly intended for adults and individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. The core functionality of the App—including vehicle data management, auto repair service booking, financial transactions, and commercial inventory tracking—is designed exclusively for legal drivers, vehicle owners, and business operators. No Compliance with Children's Privacy Regulations (COPPA / GDPR / Google Play Families Policy) Because our Services are explicitly directed at an adult audience and do not feature any content, graphics, or activities that could reasonably appeal to children, the App is not subject to, nor does it comply with, the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) provisions for minors, or the Google Play Families Policy. If you are under the age of 18, you are strictly prohibited from: - Downloading, installing, or accessing the App. - Registering a user or provider account. - Providing any personal data, including but not limited to your name, phone number, email address, physical location, or vehicle identification information.
